We work quickly, combining quality, strategic thinking, and efficiency within our clients’ budgets. We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and innovative Creative Director with a strong background in luxury creative design and proven experience with luxury brands (8 years minimum) to join our growing team. This role demands a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences, with a strong focus on luxury aesthetics and contemporary design trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create design solutions with high visual impact, especially in the luxury and high-end market sectors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design decisions that align with luxury brand standards.
- Design a wide variety of products and activities, including websites, advertising, magazines, product packaging, corporate communications, and corporate identity (e.g., developing a visual brand for organizations).
- Develop creative ideas and concepts, selecting appropriate media and style to meet client objectives, with a special emphasis on luxury and premium brands.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry software and luxury market trends.
- Approach time, costs, and deadlines with a professional mindset.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- At least 8 years of experience in luxury creative design, graphics, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for luxury brands.
- Strong branding and web design skills with a focus on luxury aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and luxury brand experiences.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
- Understanding of responsive design and a mobile-first approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Pay: €50,000.00 - €60,000.00 per year
