**Posizione**:
We are looking for an Order Handling Specialist to join our Process Automation business. You will plan, coordinate, and execute all activities commencing through the process of order acceptance, booking, shipping, payment collection and after Sales Warranty shipment. Focus of the job is that orders are scheduled correctly and shipped on time.

**This position reports to**:
Order Handling Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Order Entry: processing new orders after reviewing content, pricing, and all pertinent business data for ABB financial reporting.
- Shipments: responsible for preparing invoices and other documentation required for export shipments.
- Make all transportation arrangements with Freight Forwarder.
- Customer requests: recommend appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production scheduling, price lists, invoice) is in place.
- Import/Export: plan, coordinate and execute all export and import, Operation activities in compliance with IT/EU and foreign regulations.
- Customer relations: build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Targets: on time delivery measurement.

**Requisiti**:
**Your background**:

- At least 2 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and specifically Excel.
- Good knowledge of SAP (not mandatory but preferable).
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Problem solving skills. Precision, awareness of deadlines, good predisposition to team work.
- Self accountability.
