**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- You lead the Repair Engineering activities for MEA region
- You implement new, and update existing & control Repair Processes
- You create, validate and provide appropriate documentation and instructions for Repair Services suppliers/partners
- You organize and execute repair training plans for the partners
- You provide support for the service maintenance of partners
- You manage the introduction of new repair technologies from end-to-end
- You create and monitor adapted KPIs and activity dashboard
- You work closely with Quality, Product Engineering, Supplier Management, Customer care, corporate teams, and obviously, Repair Services Suppliers

**Skills we can’t do without**:

- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or technical/electronics education with at least 2-4 years’ experience with Process Design, Repair Operations and/or Electronics
- Experience on a constant changing environment/domain
- Repair Process knowledge and mindset
- Strong ability with data analysis tools (Excel) and presentation tools (Powerpoint)
- Great team player
- Availability to travel at least twice per quarter and based on customers’ needs

**Skills we’d like**:

- Knowledge of the Payment Terminals Industry
