Kelly Services, per società cliente che offre servizi per le imprese, seleziona una figura di:
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di un team e si interfaccerà con il proprio manager di riferimento per svolgere attività di customer care a supporto di aziende clienti che appartengono al settore delle telecomunicazioni.

**Mansioni**
- Gestire in SAP ordini di vendita dei clienti ricevuti dagli agenti;
- Aggiornare anagrafiche clienti in SAP;
- Gestire listini prezzi in SAP;
- Interfacciarsi su base quotidiana con i consumatori.

**Requisiti**
- Esperienza breve in customer care, preferibilmente nel settore delle telecomunicazioni;
- Conoscenza di SAP;
- Uso fluente della lingua inglese parlata.

**Location**:Milano - Zona Nord

**Si offre**:Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo determinato, con un contratto iniziale di 6 o 12 mesi

**Range retributivo**:tra i 22 e 24k
