La posizione ricercata opererà nella funzione “Transformation Process” all’interno del team Transformation CRM adoption della divisione Customer Systems che si occupa di demand, sviluppo e gestione applicativa dei processi di CRM, Commercial, Campagne Marketing per clienti consumer e business ,basati su main platform come Salesforce, Vlocity e TIBCO.

Nello specifico la struttura di appartenenza assicura la gestione del ciclo di vita del software dalla fattibilità alla progettazione, dallo sviluppo al il system testing, dalla manutenzione alla gestione applicativa e infrastrutturale delle soluzioni informatiche allineate alla customer journey richieste dalle linee di Business. Gestisce inoltre il deployment in produzione e il supporto agli End Users.

Le principali attività della posizione si declinano in:

- Individuazione e Costruzione di processi gestionali cross SW center, coordinandosi con i responsabili dei diversi team per definire le linee guida.
- Supporto ai SW center nella relazione e nella gestione dei diversi fornitori, sia in relazione alle risorse allocate che per quanto riguarda le offerte ricevute.
- Supporto ai SW center nella definizione dell’evoluzione dei modelli operativi.
- Supporto al team di Planning e Business Partner nella verifica della capacity dei Sw center di area.
- Gestione centralizzata del planning interno ai SW center monitorando l’avanzamento dei progetti e monitorando produttività

Requisiti richiesti:

- Esperienza in ambito governance di Software Factory e relativi processi di software e product developm
- ent.
- Esperienza su progetti CRM
- Esperienza di project management in ambito IT
- Conoscenza tecnologica SFDC e Tibco apprezzate
- Conoscenza di Metodologia PMI, ITIL, DevOps, Agile (certificazioni come plus)
- Ottime doti di leadership, team building e problem solving
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di organizzazione
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta)
- Conoscenza di Processi BSS/OSS in ambito Telco e Media
- Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica/Telecomunicazioni/Informatica o affini
