Blusolar Seri S.r.l. is the company of the Carlo Maresca S.p.A. Group dedicated to the installation of utility-scale photovoltaic systems. The company is 96% owned by Blunova S.p.A. investing over 600 million euros in renewable energy since 2010 and building more than 520 MWp of photovoltaic and wind power plants in Italy and abroad.
Blusolar Seri has been established to develop an internal operations structure, equipped with own fleet of machines, tools and operational offices and contracts already active, for the complete construction of photovoltaic infrastructures.
**Operations Manager - Utility Scale Photovoltaic Plants**:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to whom to entrust in overall management of the company's operational activities. The Company has already available its machines, special means, equipment, operational offices as well as existing contracts, while the organizational setup and workforce are not yet in place.
The role is well-suited for senior profiles with a strong operational approach and entrepreneurial mindset.

**Responsibilities**:
Management and coordination throughout all phases of photovoltaic plant deployment, from site preparation to commissioning.
**Organization of the activities of**:

- civil works (cleaning areas, excavations, underground power lines, roads, fences);
- tracker structures and modules assembling;
- LV/MV electrical installations, SCADA and anti-intrusion systems;
- MV/HV substations.

Recruitment and training of operational and technical staff, focused on building a stable internal structure.
Management and coordination of worksite staff.
Logistic planning and management.
Fleet and equipment management, maintenance and safekeeping according to “Industry 4.0” obligations.
Enforcing workplace occupational health and safety regulations.
Reporting on contracts progress and perfomances
Support to RFQ
(The administrative, accounting and legal functions are managed by the group holding)
**Requirements**:
Significant experience in the operational management of utility-scale photovoltaic construction sites or complex energy infrastructures.
Proven skills in building and managing operational teams.
In-depth knowledge of installation processes of photovoltaic systems.
Ability to work in challenging contexts, in start-up phase.
Leadership, autonomy in decision-making and strong orientation to results.
Availability for frequent business trips countrywide.
