Then come and join our global team We are looking for a passionate **Clinical Education Specialist in**Nuclear Medicine and Computed Tomography** clinical imaging system reporting to our Education Service Manager

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Deliver high quality end-user training to customers as on the assigned diagnostic imaging via an hybrid approach, onsite or virtual.
- Passionately represent Siemens Healthineers in front of the customer aiming to achieve outstanding customer experience and exceptional customer satisfaction delivering handover and follow-up trainings.
- Support and assist customer to optimize the performance of the equipment in their clinical and operational setting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Demonstrate the value of our products and services during pre-sales and post-sales activities in collaboration with our sales and marketing departments including trades and congresses.
- Collaborate with commercial department to develop our customer’s needs.
- Develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the team.
- Track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs expanding and localizing education content.
- Comply with reporting and good documentation practice.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Education: BSc in radiology, diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy techniques.
- Expert knowledge in radiology: imaging principles, physical principles, technological principles.
- Preferably located in Southern Italy.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- Willingness to travel in the Italian territory up to 80%.
- Passion for medical products and technology.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Excellent time-management
- Strong organization skills
- Exceptional communication skills together with presenter/trainer skills also in virtual/remote set up.
- Excellent teamwork.
- Fluent in English.
