**Become a Freelance Host in Milan with Guydeez**

Do you love Milan and want to share its style, history, and culture with travelers from around the world?
Guydeez is looking for **passionate locals** to lead **private, personalized walking tours** for small groups of visitors.

You don’t need a professional guide license — just strong knowledge of the city, great communication skills, and a desire to create memorable experiences.

**Position Details**
- **Role**: Freelance Tour Guide / Local Host
- **Location**: Milan
- **Pay**: 120 €/day + performance bonuses
- **Schedule**: Flexible — you choose your working days and hours
- **Contract Type**: Freelance
- **Training**: One‑day onboarding session
- **Application Fee**: None

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead customized walking tours through Milan’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden gems
- Share authentic stories, cultural insights, and local recommendations
- Adapt each experience to match your guests’ interests
- Create smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for all participants
- Optionally host food‑focused or culinary experiences

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of Milan’s history, culture, and key attractions
- Fluency in at least one language: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.
- Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Warm, approachable personality and a passion for connecting with people
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
