La risorsa si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:

- Predisporre l'esecutivo di progetto, assicurandosi che sia dimensionato nelle risorse e realizzato nei tempi;
- Definire e coordinare il processo di controllo, a partire dallo sviluppo di indicatori di performance (KPI);
- Curare l'organizzazione e la gestione dei fattori produttivi, l'operatività e le risorse esterne, sulla base della pianificazione di progetto;
- Fornire report dettagliati sul completamento dell'ambito definito del progetto e della direzione e gestione del gruppo di progetto;
- Capacità di prendere decisioni in autonomia e di assumersi responsabilità;
- Problem solving, capacità di organizzare il lavoro per priorità, capacità di promuovere internamente il lavoro e pragmatismo completano il profilo.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Project Manage
- Capacità di gestione dei conflitti, nello specifico riconoscere, prevenire e gestire le situazioni assumendo un atteggiamento positivo e proattivo
- Capacità di **gestione dei rischi **(risks), **dei problemi **(issues) e **degli imprevisti**,
