**Overview**:
**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program

**Role Purpose**: within the Digital CEX & Customer Engagement cluster, your main mission will be to increase the adoption of our digital channels, My Vodafone App and Vodafone website, finding new way to engage our customers and guaranteeing a lean customer experience. The team works multi-disciplinarily with coders, designers and analysts to create prototypes, design and build modules and solutions in iterative agile cycles.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Find new ways to engage customers in order to increase digital channels adoption and frequency of use
- Help building the marketing plan of our digital channels and Happy loyalty program
- Improve goal completion rate and customer satisfaction on digital customer journeys
- Monitor projects effectiveness and present results regularly
- Understand customer behaviour and needs through data analysis to satisfy customer needs

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Passion for digital channels and innovation
- High focus on details and desire to make improvements
- Excellent analytical mindset, to base proposals on solid data evidences
- Ability to prioritize tasks and build roadmaps
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with pressure and short deadlines
- Comfortable with “liquid” organization
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian;
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Degree in Economics/Engineering
