**Your Challenge**

She / He will part of Sales Function, and she / he will be responsible for:

- Proactively engaging customers to develop business using an outbound sales call approach with the aim of remote communication channels Video Chats, telephone, social media
- Securing personal touch point to identify, following up and close business opportunities providing information to customers and/or general sales.
- Analysing end customers' needs and may support their decision-making process.
- Investigating and pre-qualifying customer contacts / leads based on data analysis or remote customer contact
- Managing sales pipeline and develop accounts to uncover and close new sales opportunities on selected high potential customers to partner sales representative
- Constantly grows the pipeline Uses Sales Force CRM for all activities and account/territory management
- Research prospective clients and record information in Salesforce CRM
- Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, to achieve goal / meet customer needs

What you need to bring with you
- You are a professional in the technical promotion department within building automation
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical or Automation or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Communication & presentation techniques
- Analytical approach to improve efficiency
- High Sales skills & methods, hunting spirit
- Proficient in English and Italian
- Think about everything from the customer perspective
- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
- Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel
- Be a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element
- European Work Permit
