Are you ready for it?
The mission of this position will be to lead “Smart Product” inside Product Development of Luxottica.
Main target will be: guarantee execution of 3YP in the area, integrate project within Essilor Luxottica environment, evaluate new opportunity in the space, keep track of on going project.
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**
- Lead “Smart Product” team, 4 people, be responsible for budgeting, project portfolio, investment decision.
- Evaluating new ideas and business opportunity.
- Discussing agreement with third party in the digital environment.
- Report cross functional on all project assigned.
- Working cross function to draft product specification, performances, tipping point
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Good scientific background, able to sustain discussion on unknown technical field
- Having managed: team at least 5+ people, budgets, business evaluation
- Project Management skill for high demanding project ( M€ budget 50+ people involved )
- Solid track record of project accomplished, better if in different field
- Culture for consumer product ( Luxury as a plus )
