Attività principali:

- Mantenimento in coltura e criopreservazione di colture cellulari (preferenzialmente cellule primarie)
- Contribuire allo sviluppo, ottimizzazione, esecuzione sperimentale di processi e metodiche analitiche nel campo della terapia genica e cellulare.
- Collaborare con il proprio supervisore e con il resto del team nelle attività generali di gestione del laboratorio.
- Raccogliere e riportare autonomamente per iscritto i risultati di lavoro e gestire la presentazione dei dati stessi, coadiuvare il supervisore e il resto del team nella gestione documentale collegata agli esperimenti.

Requisiti:

- Laurea magistrale in Biotecnologie o Biologia
- Esperienza di colture cellulari umane in asespsi, almeno 3 anni post lauream
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e orale)
