Core Responsibilities
- Develop, utilize, and analyze financial models for M&A and investment processes.
- Conduct due diligence, financial reviews, and manage deal execution.
- Oversee interactions with bankers, lawyers, project developers, and financial advisors.
- Perform financial analysis and asset management for portfolio companies/projects.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including budgeting, liquidity forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and valuation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Investments and other key stakeholder

Experience
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance with a strong academic background. - 3+ years of experience in Finance, M&A, Private Equity, or Banking
