Matesis, studio di consulenza manageriale e hr, ricerca e seleziona un Sales assistant per un'importante azienda cliente operante nel settore Fashion and Luxury, per la sede di Palermo.

**Posizione**:
Il Sales Assistant ricercato/a non è un semplice commesso: è il responsabile del cerimoniale di vendita, colui che sa creare la giusta atmosfera per il cliente. Fa tutto ciò non da solo, ma in squadra: si confronta quotidianamente con gli altri sellers, ma anche con il responsabile, il direttore marketing, il vetrinista, i creativi e gli stylist.

**Requisiti**:
Ricerchiamo un/una professionista che all'interno della nostra boutique sia in grado di:

- Accogliere il cliente e imparare a conoscerlo.
- Definire con il cliente una linea guida dei suoi bisogni e desideri.
- Fare una proposta di brand e capi selezionata sulle esigenze del cliente.
- Fare un'analisi della merce presente in negozio e di dividerla secondo le emozioni che ogni oggetto sa trasmettere.
- Porsi come ambassador del brand anche nel tempo libero ed ascoltare i desideri e i feedback della gente, così da riportarli all'interno dell'azienda.
- Consultare frequentemente il web e di individuare la Fashion-Community.
- Emergere come il primo fan di tutti i brand presenti nei punti vendita dell'azienda; li conosce e sa interpretare il tono di voce e le potenzialità espressive insite in ogni singolo brand.

Principali requisiti:

- Esperienza nel ruolo;
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
- Capacità di accoglienza: standing curato, solarità, ottima dialettica, modi di fare gentili e cortesi;
- Sensibilità, gusto ed empatia;
- Vasta cultura del fashion ma anche del life style: cosa desidera oggi la gente, ma non solo in termini di marchi, ma anche di musica, di vacanze, di design. Vogliamo una persona curiosa e stimolante.
- Conoscenza delle più importanti piattaforme dedicate al fashion, marketplace, app e nuovi social. Curiosità e aggiornamento costante sulle novità.
- Essere sempre aggiornato sui trend del momento;
- Propensione al lavoro di squadra;
- Prontezza e forte determinazione.
