***Descrizione** For his** **Strategy, Growth and Transformation Department, our client is looking for a: **Data Governance Specialist** responsible for the whole data governance lifecycle (i.e. data prioritization, data quality, data lineage, data retention) for company data domains/ subdomains. Support IT department to ensure Data Security and design and development of effective data platform and flows. **Role & Responsibilities**: - Define data management strategy, including data quality strategy - Develop a data governance framework aligning to global taxonomies, rules and legal hierarchies - Maintain the necessary data mapping and data flow mapping registers - Develop a monitoring system to detect and prevent / alert poor data behaviours - Create and maintain documentation including Policies, Standards & processes - Drive the adoption of all data governance standards across business units and industries **Key Competences**: - Degree in STEM, ideally with qualification in Data Management (e.g. DAMA) - 2+ years’ experience in data governance and related tools: - Data Quality tool (e.g. IDQ or ODQ or equivalent) - Data Cataloging Tools (e.g. EDC or metadata manager or equivalent) - Data Governance Tool (e.g. Informatica or equivalent) - Understanding of how data is captured, generated, stored and used in systems - Experience in complex multi tower IT projects is highly desirable - Experience in transformation and or PMI projects is highly desirable - Stakeholder management skills - Fluency in English *** Azienda** Our client is leader in Logistic and Transportation field in Italy. - Mettiamo a disposizione manager e consulenti altamente qualificati, con esperienza nell'IT.
