Si ricerca **SALES ASSISTANT** **part time 24h** per lo store monomarca **Marlù**, a _**Palermo presso il C.C. Conca D'Oro**_.

Il Sales Assistant deve assicurare la vendita assistita dei prodotti delle esclusive collezioni Marlù, attraverso il contatto diretto con la clientela, operando nell’ambito delle direttive ricevute periodicamente dal Responsabile di negozio, in linea con la filosofia di vendita e gli standard di servizio aziendali.

Il Sales Assistant risponde alle seguenti principali aree di responsabilità:

- contribuire al raggiungimento dei target di vendita assegnati, fornendo un adeguato servizio alla clientela, attraverso la tempestiva e corretta comprensione dei bisogni;
- garantire l’accoglienza, l’assistenza e l’orientamento del cliente durante il processo di acquisto;
- mantenere un elevato livello di servizio per assicurare la soddisfazione del cliente;
- partecipare e contribuire operativamente a tutte le attività del punto vendita, e che il back office e lo stock siano sempre in ordine.

**Profilo**
- pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 1 anno e preferibilmente nel settore fashion;
- forte orientamento al servizio clienti ed alla vendita assistita;
- ottime capacità di vendita, relazionali, comunicative e organizzative;
- capacità di lavorare in team;
- affidabilità, disponibilità e flessibilità a lavorare su turni 6/7;
- approccio formale ed elegante;
- **buona conoscenza della lingua inglese**:

- abilità nell'utilizzo di strumenti informatici e principali social network
