About the role

Manage all aspects of local Issuing Office (IO) service delivery for assigned inbound multinational Clients/Requests in accordance with AIG Multinational E2E Processes (and as per related Multinational Service Delivery Checklist), ensuring assigned incoming requests are serviced/processed within shared global client service goals and in adherence to guidelines.

The responsibilities for this role include:

- Meet or exceed client service expectations for assigned Requests in accordance with mandated MN E2E processes (and as per related Multinational Service Delivery Checklist) and shared global client service goals.
- Review, evaluate, verify and process inbound (OMeGA) requests in accordance with shared global client service goals.
- Proactively engage with/respond to local client/broker and/or Requesting/Issuing Office queries on territorial regulations and program structure.
- Prepare booking sheets, policy issuance documents and tracking documentation
- Upload documentation into OMeGA and/or prepare related handover documentation.
- Serve as a team resource for the resolution of escalated issues.
- Monitor and escalate service issues as required
- Complete OMeGA status updates accordance with SLAs
- Ensure corporate compliance to all relevant standards and requirements are met including those related to Sales Practices, Policy Administration, Complaint Handling, Product Development, Marketing & Underwriting
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Manage personal workflow.

Work with local Collections teams to ensure local policies payment and avoid creation of receivables.

Partner with Product towers to upgrade 'Good and Best Local Standard' policies to reflect latest market developments and mirror wordings for indigenous clients and develop central library of wordings and endorsements

Embed new functionality within the MN process and ensure enhancements are understood and adopted by all stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

- University Degree
- operations and systems skills
- Good communication & attitude to work in team
- Language skills : good level of English, fluent in Italian
