Fler is on a full-time mission to reshape the way consumer goods are perceived with the customer and the experience in focus. We are an innovative and fast-growing startup that wants to innovate the shaving and body-care industry and that loves to break today's standards.
We are looking for a Junior Advertiser & Growth Specialist (Internship) to support our performance marketing and growth activities. You will help plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital channels, and work on website and funnel improvements to maximize conversion and retention. This role combines analytical skills and curiosity for continuous testing and learning.
**Important information**:

- Internship position with potential growth opportunities
- Hybrid: smart-working + 2/3 days per week in our Milan office (Romolo)
- Fluent Italian & English required

Tasks
- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels)
- Track campaign performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and e-commerce flows to improve conversion rates (CRO)
- Collaborate with design and tech to implement landing page improvements and user experience enhancements
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities and best practices
- Support audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing initiatives
- Assist in building creative briefs and collaborating with the content team to produce high-performing ads
- Help prepare weekly performance reports and dashboards to share with the marketing and growth teams
- Work closely with CRM, social media, and trade marketing to align acquisition, activation, and retention strategies

**Requirements**:

- Degree (or ongoing studies) in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Communication, or related field
- Strong interest in performance marketing, growth strategies, and digital experimentation
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers, KPIs, and spreadsheets
- Curious, proactive, and eager to test new ideas and learn from results
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple experiments at once
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok/Google Ads and CRO tools
