Internship Within The Visual Merchandising Team

**Position**:
The intern will support the Visual Merchandising team with a specific focus on supporting the team in the activities related to the Global Windows retail network and to the suppliers’ support.
This position is based in Rome HQ.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Support technical information archive: Windows technical drawings Masterfile, Stores Pictures and layout for Woman, Man and Kids store.
- Assist the coordination VM window theme schedule and the arrangement of calendars.
- Collaborate in reviewing and organizing WW network stores list for the theme.
- Support in requesting and archiving window photos from each store to review with Regional VM team on quality and execution, send photos and feedback to HQ team after completion of each scheme.
- Cooperate on Window tools stock organization on each Zone: ex. Mannequins stock report, totems / creating xls file and report of quantities.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design (Product, Industrial, Interior)
- Strong knowledge and skill Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Excellent skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Strong organization skills, with keen attention-to-detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Team working and flexible attitude
- Fluent in EnglishHighly motivated and eager to learn new skillsThis six-months internship will start in September 2025.
