Controlling Manager

Actively and constantly support the company in the achievement of the set business goals, steering the planning process, monitoring the business and the organization performance, providing constructive feedback and corrective actions through an effective reporting system and in close relationship with all business functions.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for budget and forecast rolling process.
- Run reporting for internal management and external reporting needs.
- Coordinate and assist the Finance Director and management team to carry out the Budgeting and Reporting activities.
- Perform analysis of actual versus budget in terms of all economic dimensions (costs, sales, investments, margins, etc.) in order to identify the causes of possible discrepancies and to propose corrective actions.
- Perform periodic closing activities, supporting other F&A Teams (Accounting, Financial Reporting, etc.) in delivering a timely and accurate financial closing, in line with the Group and the Local Accounting Principles.
- Analyze the project profitability and prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
- Preparing operational and capital expenditure forecasts and budgets, including tracking of the results.
- Working with Operations team and providing on-going input in the process related to cost targets, efficiency plan and others potential impacts.
- Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements in Controlling department.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

- Master’s degree in economics or similar
- Proven working experience as a controller in Industry
- 8+ years of overall finance experience
- Experience with creating financial statements and support analysis for the Business
- Fluent English
