Join us for the opening of our first Ruby Hotel in Italy, opening its doors with 118 rooms. Ruby Bea is located in the Tuscan capital Florence, directly on Piazza della Líberta in the northern part of the historic city centre. The old town district of San Marco, with its world-famous museums and botanical gardens is also just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is being built in a historic building from the 19th century and - in addition to the typical Florentine arcades on the ground floor - offers exceptional high ceilings, allowing for some of the rooms to be designed as maisonettes.

Are you passionate about **air conditioning, plumbing or electrical systems** and are you also a talented crafts(wo)man? You don't fancy being on call or working weekends? Then you've come to the right place. With us, you work **Monday to Friday without being on-call**.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- are responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs and necessary maintenance measures
- check regularly the technical facilities of the hotel
- coordinate all external facility management service providers
- carry out painting and silicone work throughout the hotel
- work closely with the head office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team
- supervise all regular maintenance and expert inspections of the technical and safety-related equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
- purchase replacement material in the area of responsibility
- take care of the outdoor facilities

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- a training in the field of HVAC and/or electrical and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- gained experience in leading/coordinating external service providers
- good general technical knowledge and skills (e.g. painting, electrical, plumbing)
- a confident, authentic and loyal appearance
- enjoy dealing with international, demanding guests and have the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes
- speak a good command of English and Italian
