Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Business Analyst Specialist to contribute to the successful implementation of projects, ensuring efficient coordination of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
- AMS (Application Management Services) and IT Projects Delivery:- This includes managing resources, timelines, and ensuring successful project completion.
- SAP Kernel and Cross-Interface Governance:
- Roll-outs and Implementation Projects:
- Documentation and Process Maintenance:
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst Controlling Leader with the following skills and motivations:
- At least 5+ years professional experience working with SAP CO (Controlling Module) as business analyst and Area Leader, within multinational companies;- A Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration and Economics- Extensive experience working with the SAP Controlling module and sub modules (CO-PA, CO-PC, CO-PS, ecc.), integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM), and customization options.- Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including system configuration, custom development, and testing. Basic knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging.- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives. Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend process improvements.- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international project teams, ensuring timely project deliverables, managing stakeholder expectations, and coordinating activities with internal and external partners.- Able to meet strict deadline and work under pressure- Good English written and oral communication skills- International mobility
