We are looking for a young trainee who will be coordinated by the Sales Area Manager and will support in the following activities:

- Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast and reports. (Sales, distribution and different data KPI’s)
- Ensure the correct and on time completion of all the different documents regarding the sales forecast, the distribution network, the warranty extension rate, in accordance with the sales Area Manager and the Brand Director
- Manage the full YNAP account with orders and delivery processes
- Establish a strong communication between HQ and a strategic e-commerce distributor YNAP, input their orders and ensure an on time and precise delivery.
- Strap and Accessories: stock and sales management
- Gather all the retailers request regarding straps, buckles, boxes and proceed to invoices and shipment. Additionally monitor our own stock replenishment.
- Trade Marketing and Visual merchandising implementation support
- Coordinate the VM campaigns implementation together with global agency and Trade marketing manager
- Corpoarte events support
- Support the organization and roll out process of our main corporate Event (2 per year)
- PROFILE_
- A previous internship experience of almost 6 months in a multinational company as Skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Fluency in English
- Precision and attention to details
- Proactivity and curiosity
- Willing to go the extra mile and to work in a team
- Passion for Luxury and Watches
