Directly reporting to the Country Finance Manger the person will be responsible for:

- Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and balances
- Process customer invoices, ensure accuracy and completeness, and follow up with customers on any discrepancies or outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve any billing or payment issues
- Monitor and report on aging receivables
- Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status to management
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Completa l'offerta**:
Gross Annual Salary: 38.000€ + 10% yearly MBO + meal voucher + home office
