We are looking for a Product Management Excellence Specialist to join our Electrification business. You will support the implementation of initiatives and projects, at Business Area, Division and Product Group level, to improve Product Management function capabilities and processes, focusing on increasing customer value, market shares, profitability and cash efficiency and to support business growth. You will support the implementation of local business strategies and business plans for new market opportunities and white spots aligned to identified market needs and growth areas.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the deployment and execution of Division/Product Group wide initiatives and projects, under the guidance of the Program Lead, for improving/changing Product Management capabilities, processes, effectiveness, efficiency and speed aimed to increase customer value, revenues, market shares, profitability and cash efficiency.
- Maintain and update the Product Management function framework following directions from the Program Lead.
- Support the execution PMMA (Product Management Maturity Assessment) and FCA (Functional Competences Assessment), collect and organize results, create reports.
- Monitor product management forums, schools, thought leaders, gather information on new trends, tools and educational opportunities, create periodic briefing, support program lead to adopt and implement relevant changes.
- Support the relevant data gathering and distribution for the product management KPI valuation, create and populate dashboards.
- Support the program lead in the management of global projects cross Business Area/Division/Product Group and cross functional, for definition, development and adoption of processes/tools aimed to support and improve Product Management operations.
- Support sharing of best practices by creating training packages from the available documentation.
- Support the definition, implementation and content creation of the competence development library.
- Maintain the structured training program for different Product Management roles supporting Product Management Managers in respective teams’ capabilities, skills and competences development and improvement. Organize and track development programs.
- Develop good understanding of respective local markets, competitive environments and ABB position. Support local Business Development Manager in deriving insights and in preparing concise communication material.
- Work with local Business Development Manager on identification and prioritization of new business opportunities in line with global strategic priorities, based on good understanding of local situation and global business strategies. Support realization of prioritized opportunities.

**Your background**:

- University degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration.
- Knowledge of Office 365 complete ecosystem.
- Knowledge of PowerBI.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
