**Posizione**:
**Position Purpose**:
According to the markets and the Plants instructions, the incumbent is in charge to plan and execute all the EMEA planning processes, on a weekly and/or monthly basis, for the following areas and activities: Demand Planning with direct interface with Replenishment, Supply, Material and Inventory Planning

**Key Accountabilities**:
Based on manager instructions and the specific scope defined, the incumbent manages the Demand planning activities for the specific countries assigned and/or export markets, IML, etc. Moreover, he/she executes the analysis and operative activities related to the demand budget for Europe, S&OP, KPIs monitoring, RCA, and NPI-PIPO execution, Product review and SLOB Analysis.

On top of the daily activities listed above, the Demand Planner also supports in strategical projects within S&OP and Operations.

**Requisiti**:
**Competencies/Skills**:

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in similar role 1 /5 years
- Be able to work under pressure
- Microsoft Office: High competence level in Excel.
- SAP Knowledge
- Very good English
- EMEA Markets knowledge is a Plus

Experience in a Factory is a Plus
