**About the Role**
You will be joining the central Talent Acquisition team in our headquarters in Bologna. This experience will give you the opportunity to explore the world of search and selection, acquiring knowledge about Talent Acquisition processes and tools, within the context of a market-leader, international organization.

Activities include but are not limited to:

- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to collect and understand recruiting needs and support related recruiting projects
- Supporting the activation of the relevant sourcing channels
- Supporting the scheduling and management of screening interviews in collaboration with other TA Team members
- Supporting Employer Branding activities
- Supporting TA team members in the update of the Applicant Tracking System.

**What you need to be successful**
- You have a bachelor degree
- You are a fast learner, you are curious and communicative
- You enjoy meeting people and building relationships
- You are a team player
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Power Point); generally speaking, you are a fast learner when it comes to any software / IT tool
- You are fluent in Italian and English
