To support our growth, we are looking for a **Communication Analyst** to join our **Marketing & Communication team in Rome,**someone capable of building, managing, and optimizing communication plans for innovation projects by integrating digital tools, editorial strategies, and content creation.

**What you'll do in a nutshell**
- Work in an **interdisciplinary team**, gaining expertise in **digital storytelling, content design, and communication strategy**.
- Contribute to the **development and management of communication strategies** for client projects.
- Structure and oversee **integrated communication plans**, combining multiple channels and formats.
- Create **content for digital and social media channels**, tailoring it to specific objectives and target audiences.
- Support the **management of advertising campaigns and online promotional activities**.
- Assist in the production of **landing pages and digital materials** for various projects.
- Participate in the creation of **internal and external communication strategies**, with a focus on corporate and institutional projects.

**What you'll bring**
- **Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related fields**.
- Brief experience, even academic, in **developing and managing communication plans**.
- **Excellent writing and storytelling skills**, with a strategic approach to communication.
- **Fluent in English (both written and spoken)**.
- Interest in **innovation, technology, digital and cultural transformation**.
- Critical thinking, **proactive attitude**, and ability to manage **multiple projects simultaneously**.
- Strong **analytical, problem-solving skills**, and **attention to detail**.
- Basic knowledge of:

- **Content creation software**

**Nice to have**
- Experience in copywriting for advertising (ADV) or digital campaign management.
- Spanish language proficiency.
