Mission description

Per la nostra sede di Ancona stiamo cercando una figura da inserire inizialmente in stage in un contesto a respiro internazionale e dinamico, determinati ad affrontare un interessante percorso di sviluppo come come Freight Forwarder Import Mare e Aereo.

Verrai inserito in un programma formativo di crescita professionale e affiancato al tutor per 6 mesi. In questo periodo potrai sviluppare alcune competenze tecniche del commercio internazionale e accrescere le tue soft skills. Al termine del percorso formativo avrai la possibilità di continuare il percorso in azienda.

Profile
- REQUISITI
- Diploma o Laurea Triennale in materie linguistiche o economiche;
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;
- Ottima conoscenza suite MS Office;
- Puntualità, organizzazione e dinamicità;
- Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo.

La formazione nel settore dei Trasporti e della Logistica è un plus.
- ATTIVITA'
- Contatti giornalieri con i corrispondenti esteri in tutto il mondo;
- Gestione delle pratiche di spedizione, dal booking alla fatturazione;
- Prenotazione degli spazi sui vari tipi di vettori (navali, aerei o terrestri);
- Organizzazione dei trasporti in base alle specifiche richieste del cliente;
- Creazione della reportistica sul nostro gestionale.
