As an Installation Manager, you'll proactively prevent issues during project installation and commissioning by identifying potential concerns and swiftly coordinating with other departments to resolve them. This approach will grant you comprehensive insights into the company's processes and activities.

As an Installation CoE Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing company processes, foster customer relationships, and build credibility.
- Supporting local Installation managers during emergencies, resolving shortages, and expediting site activities.
- Collaborating for effective project and personnel planning across regions.
- Developing tools and processes for enhancing future site operations.
- Leading project execution, proactively solving issues through the lifecycle.
- Managing materials, planning site activities and necessary Field Engineers, identify concerns, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Representing the company in meetings, ensuring compliance with policies across regions.
- Reporting to Executive Management Installation on Projects status.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master's in Mechanical / Management Engineering with experience inside Project/Site operations execution.
- Demonstrate ability to develop and implement strategies to accomplish business goals.
- Able to believe in oneself, self-motivated leader, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.
- Be able to achieve real business outcomes working with others, across all levels of the organization.
- Have effective communication skills, high self-organization, project and schedule management, problem solving of project 'roadblocks' and relationship development with key stakeholders
- Have an excellent knowledge of the office suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally for project sites, meetings, and training at Baker Hughes Regional headquarters.
