**Job summary**

Assures the preparation of the employment contracts and of teaching' contracts for the School in compliance with labor law and regulations; executes the monthly attendance process and the timesheet of the employees and supports the Manager in the supervision of the external payroll provider. Assures the correct recruitment process of new domestic staff, the maintenance and updating of the HR Systems.

**Key purpose of the role**

**Consultant Teaching Contract**:

- Assures the registration, creation and delivery of contracts for teachers and external consultants in collaboration with Academic Coordination. Verifies teachers and external consultants provided documents, identifying the proper contractual type in compliance with Italian labor law. Verify and implement the details for the contracts' registration and preparation, in collaboration with the external supplier.

**Attendance and Payroll Process**:

- Executes the monthly attendance process and the timesheet of the employees monitoring the update of the HR attendance system and solving the related issue. Monitors the order and the delivery of the ticket restaurant. Supports the Line Manager in the supervision of the external payroll provider.

**Recruiting**:
**HR Reporting **- **Supports the Manager in the preparation and monitoring of the monthly HR KPI presentation. Monitors effective use of holidays by employees according to their plan.***

**HRIS**:

- Assures the updating of HR Management systems in order to guarantee the accuracy of the personnel data and the correct management of related HR processes (job posting for assigned hiring, HR Core for assigned hiring, attendance for all employee).

**Skills and Education**
- Previous short Experience as HR Generalist Intern (stage form 6 to 12 months);
- Bachelor or Master Degree in HR sector or equivalent
- English: professional user
- Office Suite: professional user
- Zucchetti and Workday knowledge is a plus
