All'interno del team di Ingengeria, a riporto del Site Engineering Manager, intendiamo inserire 2 tecnici dedicati alla gestione dei cantieri per l'implementazione di CapEX di sito e a supporto dell'esecuzione degli stessi.

La figura sarà dedicata alla gestione delle attività sul campo, al coordinamento delle ditte terze, nonchè alla verifica del loro operato seguendo l’avanzamento dei lavori.

I compiti e le responsabilità principali saranno le seguenti:

- E’ responsabile della realizzazione dei progetti affidati, limitatamente alla parte esecutiva, collaborando con il Project Engineering Specialist a garantire la funzionalità del risultato e il rispetto dei costi e dei tempi di realizzazione.
- Nella fase di realizzazione dei progetti fornisce assistenza di cantiere, curando la trasmissione dei documenti alle imprese terze, verificando la corretta esecuzione dei lavori e partecipando attivamente alla soluzione delle problematiche di cantiere.
- Coordina le attività delle imprese terze, garantendo la qualità del lavoro nell’ambito degli accordi contrattuali.
- Garantisce, per quanto di propria competenza, il rispetto della normativa contrattuale, delle disposizioni di legge e dei regolamenti interni da parte del personale delle imprese terze; nei casi di infrazione propone ai Capi Cantiere l’assunzione di provvedimenti disciplinari o l’allontanamento dal cantiere.
- Provvede, collaborando con le funzioni Servizi Tecnici e Acquisti Tecnici, alla corretta gestione delle attività interferenti (sia fra imprese esterne, sia fra imprese e FIS), curando anche la gestione della documentazione prevista dalla legge (DUVRI, D.Lgs.81 Titolo IV).

REQUISITI
- Diploma ad indirizzo meccanico, geometra o chimico
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in industria (senza particolari preclusioni di settore di provenienza).
