Carhartt WIP is part of the Work in Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
For our new store in Rome opening in April we are looking for you as
Carhartt WIP Store Rome - Assistant Store Manager (M/F/x)
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support the Store Manager in managing the daily operation of the store
- Assist Manager to achieve all assigned store sales and productivity goals
- Support with coaching and support other team members.
- Assist with team briefings and people management
- Generate and review daily reports
- Ensure that correct operations, policies and procedures are adhered to
**Your Profile**:
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Fluency in Italian and proficient in English
