Description:
We are looking a skilled Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Engineer to support Operation & Maintenance Department during BID phase.
- He should have experience in tendering phase (drafting of technical annexes / economical offer development),
- follow‐up of maintenance‐oriented continuous improvement projects and predictive maintenance.
- He should have extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate high‐level problem‐solving skills.
- Having gained 3/4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector and having specialized in the planning and scheduling of EPC, revamping, shut‐around and turn‐around projects is an added value.

He will be required to:

- Support the Proposal Manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements.
- Support the Proposal manager in the development of technical annexes and cost estimation.
- Assist Tendering department during the development of OPEX estimate.
- Address safety aspects in all procedures and documents.
- Prepare the maintenance engineering execution plan.
- Identify, collect and process maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build‐up a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment.
- Organize the plant asset database.
- Plan maintenance strategies, procedures and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed reliability centered maintenance analysis and risk based inspection program.
- Develop maintenance and inspection programs of plant equipment according to their criticality.
- Collect project data and maintainability figures to perform the risk and reliability analysis, i.e. RBI and RCM.
- Support plant design and layout of the facilities to make sure the accessibility and maintainability requirements are properly addressed.
- Liaise with project design team, engineering service providers and vendors.
- Support the Head of Department in liaising with client representatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as Operation & Maintenance engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
- Ability to read system schematics.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
- Good communication and training skills. Saipem Classification - General Use.
- It is required high competence in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Data Base like ACCESS or similar.
- Fluent English both oral and written.
