We’re looking for an Intern for our Tool Solution Marketing team
who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture.

**What does the role involve?**:
As Tool Solutions Marketing Intern, you’ll be supporting the Tool Service Marketing in various activities, from operational topics to project management, support in building training materials and marcom aspects. We will also be able to discover how a marketing department work in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.

This means to be a fast-learner, curious and open by nature, to ensure smooth onboarding and effective support to the team. the job will involve working in tight contacts with many departments, and a multi-level approach would be required to be successful in the job.

Your main Tasks will be:
Support in Solutions related operations for Southern European Countries with specific focus on Italy
Translation of Marketing materials
Support in coordination of team projects: manage pre-reads, minutes, agenda etc.
Support to PMs in answering requests from the field force
Reporting of main KPIS (mainly from our CRM database
Support in presentation preparation, training sessions

**What you need is**:

- Min. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics/Marketing/Sales
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Office Suite: PPT, XL, WORD, etc.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, supportive
- Willingness to learn, ability to search independently for missing pieces (auto-training)
- Able to work in autonomy, self-responsible with learning agility skills
- Able to work remotely, and use/learn to use all related instruments (MS Teams, PPT, XL, etc.)
- Structured and organized
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with pro-active and target oriented behavior
- Able to work in local and regional cross-functional teams
- Communication skills
