**_ Principali Responsabilità_**:

- Responsabilità técnica dei componenti dei sistemi di riscaldamento, ventilazione e condizionamento dell'aria (HVAC) dallo sviluppo alla produzione;
- Definizione delle specifiche tecniche di 1°livello dei componenti del sistema di riferimento
- Sviluppo di componenti di acquisto: Blower controller, LV PTC heaters (sia meccanici che elettronici), HV PTC heaters per architetture ibride ed elettriche;
- gestione del miglioramento continuo del prodotto e della riduzione dei costi, coordinando le revisioni della progettazione e le attività con i fornitori;
- Gestione e guida técnica approfondita per i clienti
- Collaborare con il team di sviluppo prodotto per fornire input sulle caratteristiche e la fattibilità dell'assemblaggio dei componenti.
- Verificare la corretta installazione dei componenti e condurre test di funzionamento per garantire la conformità agli standard di qualità.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:
Il/la Candidato/a ideale per il ruolo di components development specialist (M/F) è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- laurea in ambito elettrico/elettronico/meccatronico;
- esperienza maturata all'interno di contesti operanti nella produzione di dispositivi elettromeccanici;
- buona dimestichezza con i principali strumenti di project management.
- conoscenza e dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di laboratorio necessari per l'esecuzione dei test su componenti elettromeccanici
- Capacità di compilazione delle specifiche dei requisiti di sistema/sottosistema
- Capacità di produzione di relazioni tecniche, di analisi e esposizione dei risultati ottenuti,
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- spiccato orientamento problem solving e capacità di analisi critica.
