we are looking for a

**Legal Counsel**

who will be reporting directly to the General Manager and who will be responsible to legally support the company and give advices to the top management and different departments on all legal issues (except for those relating to work and personnel management).

**Who are you?**
- You have **excellent dialectic** and good **interpersonal skills**:

- You have a **Degree in Legal field** **with experience in** Italian and international **trade agreements**:

- You are motivated and ambitious
- You have **more than 5 years of experience** in the same role, preferably in the ITC/technology sector;
- Impeccable **fluency** of both spoken and written **English**:

- Any additional Language is considered a plus

**What will you do?**

In particular, your risponsibilities will be:

- Taking the lead and to **provide assistance for drafting, revision and control of national and international contracts** (contracts with customers, suppliers, distributors, subcontractors, third parties in general), so that they comply with the provisions of commercial law or administrative law and aimed to protect the business interests of Assist Digital;
- Checking the qualification and support activities for **public and private tenders**;
- Updating and archiving the Company Books related to Group Companies;
- Providing legal support for **GDPR related issues**;
- Managing **relations with external legal consultants**, with the Public Administration and with the different authorities,
- Managing any disputes in the various levels of judgment with the help of external legal consultants;
- Protecting Assist Digital's legal interests by trying to prevent the need for legal action, also through contuous monitoring of the regulatory evolution relating to critical matters for the company business in order to avoid or reduce risks of legal issue or to identify beneficial situations for the company.
