**MISSION**:
Reporting to Multiair International Business Controller, Trade Compliance Specialist will be part of the Finance Team while also reporting to Multiair Compliance Committee with the following:
**MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and interface with Group Trade Compliance Team on ordinary daily operations and internal inquiries / external audits covering the role of GTS focal point for Multiair International.
- Follow new regulations published regularly by Group Trade Compliance Team and arrange periodical internal training to keep Multiair employees up to date whenever deemed necessary while maintaining Multiair Manuals accordingly.
- Support Multiair Management Team in raising potential Red-Flags on Trade Compliance while suggesting the most appropriate way to cover the risk.
- Coordinate efforts with internal and external parties to ensure proper supporting Trade Compliance documentation is obtained from Business Partners, properly stored and renewed before valid period expiry.
- Assure accurate and complete export supporting documentation is obtained and stored in Multiair Export Sharepoint as per custom authorities’ requirements.
- Be responsible for the creation in the system (SAP) of all Business Partners for the appropriate GTS end user screening.
- Coordinate efforts and interface with Group Engineering Center GECIA aiming at proper product screening compliance.
- Coordinate with Order Processing Team to assure daily operations efficiency is guaranteed while covering Trade Compliance requirements.
- What we expect of you?_

**KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION**
- University degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
- Experienced in SAP, SAPBW/BIBO. GPSNG is a nice to have
- Must have a solid knowledge and experience of Finance and Compliance, familiar with risk management
- Having previous working experience with Information Systems, MS Office and SAP
- Pragmatic, can-do attitude, positively handle changes
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, handle heavy workloads and prioritize own work
- Fluent in English
