Product Selection and Quoting Specialist

**SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Record incoming enquiry requests
- Require and Participate pre-bid technical clarification meeting with customers
- Prepare technical Bid with Clarifications & Deviations
- Liaising with other functions, gain and manage torque calculations
- Send and manage Request for Quotations (RFQ) to actuator manufacturer
- Require and participate to technical clarification meetings with customers till complete and final technical alignment to customer specifications
- Review of commercial Terms and Conditions having a commercial impact or financial risk (i.e.: warranties, penalties etc)
- Trade Compliance Review
- Ensure Technical support and clarification to local Sales Office
- Support sales with missing price list
- Manage Intercompany product quotation in compliance with Company and/or Business Unit Pricing Policies
- Receipt & Release of the order to manufacturing
- Participate to post-order technical meeting (ie. Kick of Meetings and Pre Inspection Meetings) with customers and other internal functions to ensure consistency to agreed conditions and/or evaluate financial impacts due to requirement changes
- Be the point of reference for TQ’s during post order contract review meeting
- Translate the customer specifications into information to allow Bill Of Material/paperwork creation;
- Support Internal Project Management team (IPM) with change order.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma/Bachelor's degree in technical area;
- Fluent in English, one other language preferred;
- Basic understanding of fluid mechanics, electro-mechanical equipment and metal physical properties;
- Knowledge of Pressure Equipment Directive (ASME, ANSI, API) standards, preferred;
- Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
