Hostess Internship

**Lungarno Collection** is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented **Hostess intern** to be part of the Borgo San Jacopo team. Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable “hosts”, to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and energy.

Our chef Claudio Mengoni brings his philosophy of true, authentic cooking with ingredients which stand out for their uncompromising creativity and rigour. He melds together flavours, colours and forms to create memorable dishes with a distinctive taste._

Person in charge of the welcoming department taking care of the management of the guest from arrival to farewell, customizing the dining experience according to the requests expressed before arrival and during. In addition, he/she will ensure that the guest lives a unique experience, tailor-made, anticipating their needs and creating a climate of trust, in compliance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and host-oriented approach
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Team working

It also requires passion, enthusiasm, customer orientation, attitude to smile desire and elegance not only exterior.

**Modality**:

- 40 hours a week
- Headquarters: Borgo San Jacopo 14, Florence
- Benefit: Reimbursement of expenses €500
