Logistic and Purchasing Clerk

For our Armacell - Leini production site, we are looking for this key role. The mission of this role is to manage the inbound outbound logistics activities and purchasing operational activities.

Analise and implement improvements with the external logistics partners, be in close contact with them and negotiate the appropriated solution in terms of cost efficiency and service level. Responsible for optimizing freight cost by renegotiating rates or optimizing truck load.

Reports into : Supply chain manager.

Activities:
Loadings/Billings:

- Creation of picking list for Export
- Number of pallet calculation for every picking list
- Shipment trucks planning and follow-up.
- Scan of transport document to attach the purchase order document flow.

Customer related Work:

- Sample deliveries Armacell-Internal
- Quotation and organization of trucks/containers for customers.
- Convention des Marchendises par Route, Customs, all documents related to import/export.

World Class Manufacturing:

- Supply chain pillar member activities.
- Supply chain projects.
- Environment pillar activities and projects.

Waste management:

- Register fill-in and tracking.
- Booking of waste pick up / analysis, etc.
- Checking stocks and creation of purchase orders
- Documentation of imports.
- Following incoming deliveries.
- Creation of purchase orders out of Richiesta d'acquisto for all purchases & services.
- Updating purchase orders (date & quantity) according to changes in prod. Plans.

Skills and competencies:

- Previous experience in Logistics in similar activities.
- English & Italian: at least B1 level.
- Excel: proficient user.
- Nice to have SAP knowledge as standard user.
- Continuous improvement : willing to analyze processes managed by his role to improve them.
- Team Working.
- Project Management skills
