We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Dept. in renewing and systematizing with us new Group purchasing strategies and policies.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will collaborate in managing the activities related to the purchases of indirect goods and services, ensuring that the Group purchasing strategies and policies are respected. You will additionally be in charge of the operational management of some services related to fleet and travel policy.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Manage the operational part of purchasing activities
- Provide analysis and benchmark activities aimed at improving and optimizing purchasing costs and performance in terms of quality and savings
- Ensure compliance with quality, price and service targets for supplier management and monitoring, defined in agreement with the Procurement Manager
- Follow new supplier scouting activities and relationships with existing suppliers, managing purchases through direct negotiation activities
- Support in the purchase of indirect goods, work tools and services against internal requests, within budget, timelines and policies
- Contribute in the management of car fleet, car claims and car insurance practices. Manage of car fleet operations (car orders, maintenance organization and planning, fuel card order management, Telepass management, vignette payment, coordination of routine and extraordinary maintenance, monitoring and recording of related cost items, etc.).
- Support updating and monitoring Travel Policy and Car Policy
- Supplier scouting and benchmarking and maintain positive relationships with direct travel suppliers

**Profile**
- Experience as Procurement Specialist
- Flexibility, determination, and result orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills and solution oriented
- Very good English and Italian skills, German is an advantage
