Hustler Marketing, a leading eCommerce marketing agency, is seeking a part-time Lead Generator to join our team. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and sales for our clients. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet client objectives
- Set up and manage paid social media campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Design and create landing pages optimized for conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize results
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop new marketing strategies and campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role
- Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies and tactics
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram
- Understanding of basic web development technologies, such as HTML and CSS
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making

**Benefits**
- Commission based compensation, including $50 per booked appointment.
- Additional earnings through a percentage on each deal closed from your prospecting efforts.
- Potential monthly remuneration ranging from $1.5k to $3k for outstanding performance.
