Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Admin support for the whole M&E Team both internal and congresses/events, ensuring that all the assigned tasks are compliant with Global guidelines and procedures
- Manage the meetings within Cvent, from sourcing, registration, budget management, TOV Reporting, meeting reconciliation, etc.
- Attend on-site when needed, may require travel within the country
- M&E KPIs strategy and performance; reporting on data points within the country
- General Knowledge of Pharma Congresses/Events world (i.e. AIFA, Farmindustria)
- Provide KPIs to M&E Manager to be shared with Regional/Global Leads

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Diploma is required, preferably in Business Administrations, bachelor degree will be an asset
- Good knowledge of Office suite (Excel advanced level)
- Knowledge of Cvent (event management tool) is appreciated
- Must possess following skills: accuracy; planning and organization; result orientation; problem solving; speed and autonomy in working; flexibility; teamworking and humble attitude
- Great relationship and communication capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required; the knowledge of one or more other foreign languages would be an asset
- Willingness to travel throughout the country and, if required, abroad
- Must possess a car driving license
