Legal Counsel

Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

**Posizione**:
Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

We're looking for a Legal Counsel motivated, practical and solution-oriented to draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts. You will perform the legal activities and contract’s negotiation support activities, also in collaboration with the senior legal counsels and the Involved Functions. You will also oversee the execution of the contracts, providing support to the relevant Functions.

**Tasks and Duties**:

- Provide legal support in drafting the contracts with private Parties, Partners, Suppliers, Subcontractors, etc.;
- Review and analyze draft contracts or contractual amendments proposed by the Partners, highlighting the main risks and the related mitigation measures;
- Contribute to the analysis and periodical review of the contractual templates relating to the company’s business activities (e.g., commercial agreements and typical real estate agreements);
- Provide memos and solutions to internal stakeholders, also being a reliable point of contact for the latter;
- Provide support to senior legal counsels and participate in extraordinary transactions and projects;
- Manage contractual timelines and discussions regarding renewals and amendments to contracts and orders;
- Provide support to senior legal counsels in ensuring legal compliance and setting best contractual solutions and strategies, in line with Atlante’s values and policies;
- Define and manage internal procedures for the workload’s management and interact with the other business departments and stakeholders;
- Support in ensuring the proper information flow to the shareholders according to the internal policies;
- Monitoring changes in the applicable laws and regulation;
- Manage the relations with external legal counsels, also monitoring and managing relevant budget.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Attorney qualified;
- Previous experience of 3/4 years in a similar role in primary law firms and/or international companies. Previous experience in corporate affairs will be a plus;
- Experience in drafting a variety of legal documentation and commercial contracts;
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate law and related administrative issues;
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities;
- Outstanding time management skills;
- Ability to explain complex contract laws in everyday language;
- Fluent English speaker and writer. Second language knowledge (French or Spanish) will be a plus;
- Team-working skills; Availability to travel.
