Per il nostro Palazzo Firenze, una meravigliosa dimora privata in cui soggiornare, situato in Via Ghibellina, tra la Basilica di Santa Croce e il Duomo,
Ricerchiamo una Risorsa da inserire come **Groups & Events Coordinator**.
MANSIONI
La risorsa, riportando al Direttore e secondo le direttive del team Sales, dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione prenotazioni e coordinamento di tutto il segmento Gruppi ed Eventi;
- Predisposizione, gestione e archiviazione delle offerte e quotazioni;
- Corrispondenza e follow-up con i potenziali clienti;
- Predisposizione Site inspection in Hotel;
- Negoziazione e contrattualizzazione dell’Evento;
- Gestione in loco dell’Evento, garantendo il pieno rispetto degli standard di qualità.
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese scritta e parlata. Gradita la conoscenza di un’altra lingua straniera
- Conoscenza dei principali software alberghieri (Opera, Scrigno)
- Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione e problem solving;
Rappresenterà titolo preferenziale la residenza a Firenze e zone limitrofe
- La struttura non offre possibilità di alloggio._
