**As a Project Manager at XY Retail, your responsibilities will encompass**:

- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects progress according to defined scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Coordination and completion of project phases (design, development, testing, deployment) within stipulated time, budget, and scope.
- Measuring project performance and managing client and stakeholder relationships.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting, while also handling risk management.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience of 2-3 years.
- An understanding of the luxury and retail sectors is beneficial.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication; proficiency in a second language is an added advantage.
- Exceptional organizational acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in multitasking.
- Profound comprehension of project phases and intricacies within digital transformation initiatives.
- Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel.
- Possession of PMP certification is a plus.
