Founded in 1994, since 2013 Marni is part of OTB, an international group which assembles and promotes the development of alternative brands in the luxury field.

**Posizione**:
Digital Diversity Week supports Marni in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L.68/99) to be placed as Store Designer.

S/he is accountable for supporting the Store Planning Team in planning and developing the layout of new stores and special projects as remodels and expansions, department expansions, refurbishments and resets.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

Drawing store layout according to corporate guidelines from the first sketches to the 3d images;
Supporting the Store Planning Team in processes, projects, new concept development;
Managing the communication process between suppliers, HQ, regions, wholesale clients and all stakeholders; Monitoring and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within design image scope and within the budget;
Managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs and ensuring technical feasibility;
Translate into a sketch and in a 3d image new ideas received from the Creative Direction.

**Requisiti**:

- Belonging to the Protected Categories L.68/99
- Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; Previous experience in the same role gained in luxury companies;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
- Must be able to work independently and quickly under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Autocad, Photoshop, 3d software (Rhinoceros +3DMAX con V-Ray, Sketchup)
