Danfoss is looking for a UX/UI Designer to build and shape new Digital Services division through the Danfoss incubator engine that develops the investment pipeline and start-up investments systematically. Danfoss aims to create a unique environment for digital talent to grow within an established engineering company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advocates for user-centered design solutions,
- Conducts user research to discover insights, defines personas, and maps user journeys,
- Creates distinctive, branded digital experiences that are desirable and consistent across multiple platforms, devices and channels,
- Develops new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions,
- Creates compelling visual designs that align to company and product brand standards,
- Conducts concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions,
- Actively collaborates as part of an agile team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately,
- Tracks user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics.

**Challenges**:

- Deal on one hand with a large, technically experienced and strong process oriented corporation. On the other hand with highly dynamic start-ups at different maturity stages.
- Bridge the gap between design and development while always ensuring a smooth collaboration.

**Background & Skills**:

- 2+ years as a Digital UX/UI designer or something similar
- Able to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing
- Strong visual design skills, able to create compelling, branded, high-fidelity product screens
- Familiar working with design systems that consistently scale across platforms
- Bachelor's or master's degree in User Interface Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent degree
